Hi, I'm Sarah Morgan

## I read the research, so you can get back to your baby.

I'm Sarah Morgan, a 31-year-old mom. My son, Adam, was born in March 2026, and like every new parent, I found myself searching for answers at 3 a.m.: How much should my baby sleep? Is this normal? When can we start solids? Is it safe?

The internet gave me a hundred confident, contradictory answers. So I started reading what the American Academy of Pediatrics, the WHO, the CDC, and the NHS actually recommend, and the studies behind their advice, and sharing what I found on Instagram ([@mama.didyouknow](https://www.instagram.com/mama.didyouknow/)). This site and the Mind Series guides grew out of that.

I'm not a doctor, and nothing here replaces your pediatrician. I'm a mom who reads the research carefully and shows her sources, so you can check every claim yourself. No scare stories, no guilt, just the science.

## How every article is researched

- **Official guidance first.** The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the World Health Organization (WHO), the CDC, the NIH, and the NHS. When they disagree, we show you both sides.

- **Then the studies.** Systematic reviews and randomized trials carry the most weight; single small or observational studies carry less, and we say so.

- **A clear evidence grade.** Key claims are labeled strong (consistent trials or reviews), moderate (some trials, some gaps), or limited (small or observational studies).

- **Sources on every page.** Each article ends with its references, linked wherever possible.

- **Dated and kept current.** Each article shows when its evidence was last checked, and an update history when something changes.
