1. Information, not medical advice
Everything on the site, on our social media, and in our guides is general educational information based on published guidance and research. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it doesn’t create a doctor-patient relationship. 2. Accuracy
We work hard to keep content accurate and current, link our sources, and show when each article was last checked. Guidance changes, though, and we can’t guarantee that every page is complete or up to date at every moment. If you spot an error, please tell us.
3. Our content
The articles, illustrations, guides, and design of this site are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You’re welcome to share links and to quote a short passage with a link back to the original page. Please don’t copy whole articles, republish our illustrations, or redistribute our guides.
4. Buying a guide
- Guides are digital PDF downloads sold through Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy, which act as reseller and merchant of record, process payment, handle sales tax or VAT, and deliver your file. Their terms (Gumroad, Lemon Squeezy) also apply to your purchase.
- Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and print the guide for your own family. You may not resell, share, or post it publicly.
- Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; launch prices are temporary.
- All sales are final. Because guides are digital downloads delivered instantly, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges, except where the law requires it.
- If a file is broken or you received the wrong guide, email us or reply to your order receipt email and we’ll send you a working copy right away.
5. Advertising and links
The site may show ads served by Google and its partners, and links to other websites. We don’t control third-party ads or sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. An ad appearing on our site is not an endorsement. Our own guides are always clearly labeled as ours.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and guides are provided “as is”, and we aren’t liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information they contain. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.

How we handle personal information, cookies, and advertising is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
